As of Apr. 2009 an interface compatible with the Kannel open-source SMSC product has been made available. The URL for accessing the interface is:

http://gw1.roottori.fi/eapi/kannel

Please note that each request require an "from" -parameter, i.e. this information must be set explicitly.
